1. Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CineWallet application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our platform.

2. Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete sign-up details. Access codes/OTPs must be validated within 15 minutes of registration. Unverified details will be purged from our pending database.

3. Content Showcase & Portfolio

Artists and recruiters are solely responsible for all images, videos, descriptions, and portfolios uploaded to their profiles. CineWallet does not claim ownership of user-uploaded files, but you grant CineWallet the license to host and show your showcase media.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some premium features, like unlimited casting applications or advanced filters, require a paid subscription. Prices are governed by management and settings. All subscription fees are final and non-refundable.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of India and the state of Gujarat.

Any disputes, differences, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or use of the CineWallet service, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of law in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

6. Limitation of Liability

CineWallet provides the service "as is" and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
